Radio Luxembourg Returns

CLT-UFA, Europe’s leading broadcasting group in Europe, and DAVRIC Productions, are pleased to announce a cooperation, which will see the welcome return of RADIO LUXEMBOURG – 208.

Radio Luxembourg will broadcast via a hybrid delivery platform, which will incorporate the famous medium wave frequency of 208m/1440KHz, analogue and digital satellite and on the Internet. Studios will be based both in Luxembourg and London. Radio Luxembourg will encompass a truly unique blend of traditional radio values, combined with the latest state-of-the-art production and transmission technologies.

CLT-UFA Secretary General and Director General of Luxembourg activities, Dan Arendt, said: “We are delighted to see the re-launch of the legendary and much loved English service of Radio Luxembourg”

Radio Luxembourg expects to recommence transmissions early in November 1999.
