Skyradio staat aan het eind van het jaar bekend om het draaien van veel kersthits. Daarbij hoort natuurlijk ook een Kerst Top 50. Dit jaar zond Skyradio haar ‘Christmas Top 50’ voor het eerst uit op vrijdag 14 december. Maar de lijst wordt dit jaar weer twee keer herhaald, uiteraard ook op eerste kerstdag. De Christmas Top 50 is (25 december) tussen 14 en 17 uur te horen op Skyradio.

Nieuwe Christmas jingles op Skyradio
Skyradio heeft de Christmas jingles dit jaar ook in een nieuw jasje gestoken. De nieuwe kerstvormgeving is deze keer geproduceerd in Londen bij Wise Buddah. Voor Skyradio zijn 16 jingles gemaakt in verschillende genres, zo meldt Uunco Cerfontaine van Skyradio. Deze sluiten aan bij de huidige vormgeving maar moeten vooral het kerstgevoel overbrengen.
De vormgeving is al besteld in de zomer van 2012, de Engelse componist Mark van Wise Buddah componeerde de vormgeving. In oktober is alles gemixt en gemasterd. Daarna zijn de teksten van Kas en Marlayne toegevoegd. Na 6 maanden is het resultaat ook vandaag weer te horen op Skyradio. [Radiowereld.NL]
